Description

Backbord (German for the port section of a ship), the fiery red spice blend by Ankerkraut includes sea salt and the intense aromas of paprika, onions and smoke jalapeno chillies. It is the perfect way to season red meat such as lamb or beef. The fruitiness of lemon and orange peel and the sweetness of raw cane sugar round it off for the perfect combination of flavours.
