The "Port of Hamburg Curry" is a fine curry spice mix with spices such as allspice, cloves and cumin, which are not found in many curries. The name of this spice mixture is a tribute to the spice traders of the Middle Ages as it combines many exotic spices that came by ship to the port of Hamburg many years ago. The "port curry" contains no added salt or sugar, it only contains aromatic spices!
