Knödelkult Heldenbrot Tagliatelle Noodles

Heldenbrot tagliatelle noodles are made from 27% upcycled bread and can be used to make lots of different creative dishes!

Instructions:

• Add the noodles to boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes (use 1 litre of water for 100 g of noodles), then drain in a sieve and briefly rinse with cold water.
