Ankerkraut BBQ Rub "Macho Boy"

The Tex-Mex BBQ Rub "Macho Muchacho" is a Mexican marinade with spices typical of this region: cumin, ancho chilies, rosemary, oregano and jalapeno. The application is very simple: sprinkle the meat or vegetables with a few drops of oil (preferably an extra virgin olive oil) and then rub it generously with the "Macho Muchacho" BBQ Rub. Let the meat marinate in the fridge (1-2 hours are enough) and then place it on the grill. The best fit meat to use with this dry rub is pork and poultry, but a Mexican beef steak also tastes delicious with this spice blend. It is also a nice fit for a salad with cilantro, guacamole and tortillas.
