Ankerkraut French Fry Salt

The Ankerkraut French fry salt mixture consists of sea salt refined and sweetened with a good dose of pepper, garlic, onion and mustard. The few but striking basic ingredients in this blend gives these dishes a strong, spicy taste which is complemented by the aromatic, slightly hot paprika.
