Ankerkraut Ground Cinnamon

The modern kitchen is inconceivable without ground cinnamon. Cinnamon has an ancient tradition as a spice and has been used in the Orient for several thousand years. In the Mediterranean, it was used for a long time only as a fragrance until the early Middle Ages when it was recognized as a seasoning.
