Description
The Vadouvan spice blend was developed by professional chef Ali Güngörmüş for Ankerkraut and combines the finest organic oriental herbs and spices. The aromatic blend contains turmeric, ginger, cumin, fenugreek and cinnamon, among other things. The spices are gently dried in the sun and also go through a natural fermentation process.
The hearty, slightly smoky aromas in Vadouvan fit into a wide variety of dishes and dishes such as:
