The Slovenian startup batasta has created a true masterpiece: gluten-free casarecce pasta made from sweet potatoes! The sweet potatoes are grown with love and care on the banks of the Drava river and are planted and harvested by hand – without using chemicals.
The noodles are made with the sweet potatoes that are not perfectly symmetrical and thus can't be sold in supermarkets, reducing several tons of harvest waste.
