Application:

1. Wash your hands.
2. Fold the cup & refer to the instruction sheet for tips on how to insert it.
3. It is easiest to insert the cup folded, in a crouch.
4. To remove the cup, wash your hands and gently press in the cup to release the vacuum. Carefully pull it out with a twist.
5. Empty the cup after max. 8 hours.
6. Clean the cup in boiling water for 5 minutes after each use. If you are on the go, you can use the intimate care wipes to clean the cup.
