  1. Simply place the seat on a stool, chair, or sofa. The seat can be used regardless of the surface material.
  2. If possible, adjust the height of the chair so that the angle of your hips is greater than 90°. Place both feet on the floor and sit upright. Do not lean on the backrest of your chair.
  3. Please note that this is a very wobbly seat. Therefore, always sit down very carefully. In the beginning, gradually build up your strength but using the seat in short bursts, taking breaks in between use.
