The Steel HR smartwatch by the French brand Withings is the first activity tracker that can measure your heart rate around the clock and still offers a battery life of 25 days. Lots of other functions like sleep monitoring, sports monitoring, step & calorie counters are built in, making this watch perfect for hitting the gym or for everyday use. Thanks to the integrated display, smartphone notifications can be shown directly on the watch.

• The watch measures data such as the duration, distance, and road map of your workout, which can be displayed with the Withings app

Automatic sleep monitoring:

• Automatically track your light and deep sleep stages, duration and sleep quality to give you an overview of your sleep.
• The algorithm, calibrated at the Beclere Hospital in France, automatically evaluates your data.
• Wake up with the smart wake-up function, which analyses whether you are in a light or deep sleep phase and automatically selects the best time to wake you up more comfortably. This time is selected within your maximum wake-up time, so you don't wake up too late.

Connected GPS:

• In order to guarantee the longest possible battery life, the GPS in your smartphone is used to measure your route.

Smart notifications:

• Keep up to date with smartphone notifications on the small display with gentle vibrations.
• Calls, text messages, appointments and notifications from selected apps can be displayed.
