Ankerkraut BBQ Rub "Tennessee Teardown"

This Ankerkraut "Memphis Style" BBQ Rub is not as sharp as the name suggests, so you can use "Tennessee Teardown" if you grilling for children or family. To make this marinade taste differently from our "Magic Dust Rub", it has been upgraded with 2-3 more herbs. The "Tennessee Teardown" Rub is particularly well suited for pork, like ribs or pulled pork, but also tastes delicious with poultry.
