Use:

Divide a laundry sheet along the dotted line.
Place half in the washing drum and put the laundry on top.
When using a washing machine that is filled from the top, place half the laundry sheet on top of the laundry.
Start the wash cycle as usual.
For hand washing dissolve half a laundry sheet in 5 L of water.
